- Undertaking of Liability Audits/Surveys for Insurance Companies.
- Undertake corporate Workplace Risk Reviews and Risk Assessment Projects.
- Control of Substances Hazardous to Health Assessments (including fundamental airborne chemical sampling).
- Noise at Work Risk Assessments, and predicting suitable. Personal Hearing protection, we will commission workplace studies (incorporating noise exposure calculations relating to personal acceptance levels and giving direction on pragmatic Hearing Conservation Programs).
- Act as a Corporate Competent Person, as required by the Management of Health & Safety at Work Regulations.

Legal 'Competent Person' Role
Dependant upon the service contract, McQuillan Health & Safety Risk Management can undertake the central legal role of 'Competent Person', as defined under the Management of Health & Safety at Work. Regulations (and holds appropriate professional indemnity insurance cover to this extent).
