McQuillan Health & Safety Risk Management has teaching accreditation for the following courses, or can develop customised training to suit individual clients needs on their own premises.
- Levels 1,2 and 3 certification - Food Hygine.
- Foundation award on Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP)
Food and Hygiene
Level1 and 2 qualifications cover the principles of food hygiene. It is a valuable as a free-standing qualification or as an addition for people following other training programmes. Level 3 is Supervisors or Food Safety Management.
- Licenced to tutor Levels 1,2 and 3 on Health & Safety in the Workplace on behalf of RSPH.
Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points
The Foundation Certificate of HACCP is appropriate for all persons employed in food and food related businesses that need to have an understanding of HACCP. It is particularly useful for those involved in the implementation and maintenance of HACCP and individuals who are, or intend to become, member of HACCP teams.
Health and Safety at Work
Level 1 and 2 certificate in Safety in the Workplace are qualifications that are designed to create a better understanding of Health and Safety. The emphasis is on making the employee safe for him/herself, safe for others and capable of identifying potential hazards . The Level 3 qualifiaction in Health and Safety in the Workplace, which explores the areas which managers and supervisors are required to have working knowledge to ensure compliance with Health and Safety legislation.
All of which are subjected to national certification awards upon successful completion through the examination process and regulated through the Qualifications and Curriculum Authority.
