Food and Hygiene
The Certificate of Food Hygiene is a Level 2 qualification covering the principles of food hygiene. It is a valuable as a free-standing qualification or as an addition for people following other training programmes.

Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points
The Foundation Certificate of HACCP is appropriate for all persons employed in food and food related businesses that need to have an understanding of HACCP. It is particularly useful for those involved in the implementation and maintenance of HACCP and individuals who are, or intend to become, member of HACCP teams.
Health and Safety at Work
The Foundation Certificate and Safety in the Workplace is a qualification that is designed to create a better understanding of Health and Safety. The emphasis is on making the employee safe for him/herself, safe for others and capable of identifying potential hazards . The Diploma is a Level 3 qualifiaction in Health and Safety in the Workplace, which explores the areas which managers are required to have working knowledge to ensure compliance with Health and Safety legislation.
All of which are subjected to national certification awards upon successful completion through the examination process and regulated through the Qualifications and Curriculum Authority.
